Dearly beloved Prince Rogers Nelson was born on June 7, 1958. He was an American singer, song writer, producer and actor. The artist was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He belongs to a musical background, his father John Nelson was a musician whose stage name was Prince Rogers and mother Mattie Shaw was a singer who performed with the Prince Rogers brand. His parents broke up when he was 10, this incident made him sensitive and offended. He faced many difficulties in his school and suffered from epileptic seizures in his childhood.
Despite all he loved music in a young age and learn to play piano, guitar and drums. In his college life he created his band named “The Revolution” and played all the instruments practically on his albums. He released his first top 20 pop hits when he was in his second year. Prince came out as a very versatile singer. His every album came with a different idea and an amazing music theme. He experienced an unforgettable success and fame in 1980’s with the release of his tremendous albums “1999” and “Purple Rain”. Some of the Prince other hits are “Controversy”, “Little Red Corvette”, “Delirious”, “Batman”, “The Black album”, “Parade” and “Crazy”. Throughout his career he had a reputation for secrecy and eccentricity, once changing his name to an unpronounceable symbol.
In 2004 Prince came to the limelight with a bang. He released “Musicology” with a tour that became the top concert in United States. He released his next album in 2006 and won the Golden Globe. Prince continued to his hits and 2010 was the year of great privilege for the Prince. He won many awards and featured in TIME Magazine’s “100 most influential people in the world” and get a Lifetime Achievement Award. Prince also continued to release hits after hits like “Planet Earth (2007)”, Lotus Flower (2009)” and “20ten (2010)”.
Prince found dead at his Paisley Park compound on April 21, 2016. His death was a shock for all of his fans. He found collapsed in an elevator, some consider it a suicide but there were no obvious sign of Trauma to his body or anything that would imply his death was a suicide. Prince was last seen alive at about 8 p.m. on Wednesday evening when someone dropped him off at his estate, where he lived alone. He took a flight last week from Atlanta to Minneapolis that made an emergency landing due to an “unresponsive male” on board, a source told NBC News. A representative said the musician hadn’t been feeling well at his Thursday night show in Atlanta, and his health deteriorated after he boarded the flight after midnight.
Some reports have indicated that Prince had so much unreleased music that his estate could issue an album per year for a century after his death. Prince’s family has been cooperative in the investigation, which will be “meticulous, but the Prince death is still a mystery to be solved.
